My complaint:
I came in letting her know how good I just got a steak hoagie sandwich from another Domino’s over on vine in the Clifton area and I was like oh it was so good I wanted another one well the service was good when I get my order checking everything was fine I couldn’t pay ordered online my card was being told that it cannot be used online so I had to walk to the store (that’s what made have to go in) me from work which is right across the street so I wouldn’t have finished the order online and pay it in the store she said it be 10 minutes I went next-door to the Udf next to the Domino’s get my drink and some other little snacks you know walked around the store waste about 10 minutes came back sandwich was done man was I happy till I got to my job. Usually I do check my food before I leave stores but I had to get back to work which is the reason why I shouldn’t have to check my food because people do be in a rush ready to pick up and leave when I got back to the store my food was not what I thought it should be
Suggested solution:
I don’t know how it can be resolved I would like a refund but I probably will still go and buy it from a different store so if I can get credited to go to a different dominoes to get that sandwich I would rather go to the same one that I usually go to is the vine that’s in the Clifton area of Cincinnati Ohio
