My complaint:

I placed a order at 732pm on-line. Said it was 47-57 mins for delivery, which was fine. After a hr and 10 mins I looked at trader and it still stated it was being prepared. I called the store and the young man answered and stated it was just being prepped and hadn’t even went in the oven yet. Said they were short staffed n there was nothing they could do. I work in retail and there’s plenty that could of been done like a phone call letting me know what’s going on. Manager called to follow up on complaint and was very rude. Said there’s nothing they can do cause nobody wants to work and they don’t have enough help.

Suggested solution:

They could of called letting me know they were running behind with orders. And when the Gm called to follow up could of been more professional and apolitical. I understand the short staff and not having help but there’s a way to handle it and not be rude
