My complaint:

I ordered my dinner at about 1:43AM for carry out and when I went to pick up my order when it was ready at about 2:06AM, I called and a female answered the phone and said that they were closed without even letting me tell her I was picking up my order. The order total was about $17 and I gave her $40. She did not say thank you when I said I don’t need change which was incredibly disrespectful. All she said was, “ok, sounds good.” The most disturbing part is that she DID NOT wear a mask while handing me my pizzas which is highly inappropriate especially during these times. Awful awful awful customer service.

Suggested solution:

Someone needs to talk to her and let her know she is required to wear a mask when handing off orders and maybe tell her to say thank you when someone doesn’t need change.
