My complaint:

So we ordered online- got there to pick up our food and was told after standing there for 10 mins we had to go the drive through- which we did only to wait another 15 mins for someone to come to the Window- got our food home it was cold— i did as your advertisement says and called the store directly only to be spoken to so rudely i was very set back- the manager Sarah- told me that they were very busy and that we should even be calling into complain- that if we have and microwave and stove we should reheat the food- she told me the store manager was Rachel and that if i wanted to call her to do so. She said the best advise she could give me was to go online and complain cause i was wasting her time, and she didn’t care if i got her fired! she was very rude and her words were very unprofessional ! I would like to contacted by someone about this matter as i spend quite a bit of money with Domino’s!
