My complaint:
Just tried to order 2 x BBQ Meat lovers pizzas at your Bundamba store. Tried to use discount brochure which has Large traditional pizza at $7.95 each pickup. Discount code on brochure is 852046. brochure says discount is valid until 1582021.. However store says not valid.
They would not honour advertised price so I did not place the order.
When I told the Chinese shop up the road about the situation they said it was not the first time that they had benefitted from your store not accepting brochure price.
Suggested solution:
In general I like your pizzas but very annoying being given the run-a-round when store does not honour brochure that enticed me there in the first place- called false advertising
