My complaint:
I have never been treated by a food delivery place like this whether it was a fancy place or general takeout. I was lied to, hung up on, harassed and the order took over an hour and a half and the place is maybe two miles away. The manager was a Hispanic gentleman and he treated me like a piece of trash. Like I said, I have never been treated like this before.
Suggested solution:
Please punish andor counsel your “management.” I have never been treated the way I was treated by your management. This was on Friday September 4th between 9-11 pm at the 24th and oregon Street location. What the actual. I am poor too and I only wanted the food that I had spent my hard earned dollars on.
