My complaint:
I placed my order online at 8:08 pm for delivery I ordered the pinapple chicken and chicken bacon sub. At 930 I go to location to a complete disaster lobby full of angry customers and the employees were cussing and arguing and blatantly ignoring me when I ask how much longer. The place was trashed. For a company to make a customer wait over 2 hrs for something that should of been way less to the screaming and argueing. They look like they didn’t know what they was doing and after waiting for food for 2 hrs I still had to pay for it and pick it up when it should of been delivered
Suggested solution:
Make it right
