My complaint:
I ordered a pizza and salad at 6:38 p.m. I arrived at carry out window at about 7:15pm and no order was ready. They said it was never placed. I showed them my phone with their phone no. and the 2 min call visible on screen. They argued and searched on computer and even double checked number. Finally after 20 min I asked if I could get the pre-made salad and re order the pizza . They said it would be 35 min!! I came back and asked if I could get a discount and the young man said no. No apology given. He did say have a nice day. I finally got my pizza at about 8:20pm. Then after getting home I see the Dominos commercial saying something about a discount or free pizza if its not ready when you arrive!!!!
Suggested solution:
I want a discount or free pizza and a sincere apology!! I am a repeat customer! Have been coming here for years!! So disappointed!!
