Dominos Pizza complaint: Very unprofessional

My complaint:

Put a mobile order in, drove to the store to pick up my order. There were 3 people in front of me. 2 people working. Neither employees greeted me or even acknowledged I entered the store. One employee was making pizzas and the other employee was taking the pizzas out of the oven, filling boxes and labeling the pizza boxes with the orders coming in. After several minutes I asked the people in front of me if they had been waited on, and they all shook their heads no. I asked if anyone had even spoken to them and they all said no. Several minutes later the employee labeling boxes gave the First Lady in line her pizza and wished us good luck walking out the door. We waited atleast 7-8 more minutes and no one acknowledged us or even looked at the guests waiting. I finally walked up and said “is anyone going to wait on us? You have guests waiting.” Neither worker looked at us or acknowledged us. After a few minutes I said loudly “hello??” 1 man said “hold on!”…after maybe 2 minutes he asked me my name. I told him there were 2 people in front of me, he needed to serve them first. We waited several more minutes and the next man in line to get pizza said “F-it, they can keep their pizza” and he walked out the door. We waited several more minutes and the man making the pizzas came over and asked what the name of the next customer in line was. He got his pizza and left. He then asked me my name and I went up to the counter and paid. I told him that people are very understanding-all they would have had to tell us is what was going on and that they were very busy and they would be with us as soon as they could. He said he was so sorry. I also told him that they need to greet and acknowledge their customers. He again apologized. I told him they lost a customer and he angrily walked out the door. I asked who the manager was. He said he was the shift manager and they other guy filing and labeling pizza boxes was the owner. I said “WOW!” I took my pizza over to the owner and again repeated myself and said all he needs to do is greet his customers and tell them that they are super busy and that they will be right with them in a few minutes. People are very understanding if you explain what’s going on. He didn’t look up at me or acknowledge that I even spoke to him. I told him I was very unhappy with the service I received. He didn’t look at me or acknowledge that I even spoke. I told him I was reporting this and I left. From the time I entered to the time I left was a half an hour. I’m not putting in a complaint there. The worker who didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me is the owner of that store!! I’ll probably not order there for awhile because now they know my name and I’m afraid of negative recourse from them or that they would do something to my food for speaking up.

Suggested solution:

This owner needs major training on how to multitask. He needs a refresher course on customer service and how to treat customers. He needs to learn how to work under pressure. He is the owner and local face of dominos and he was a horrible representation of your company tonight. I’m super disappointed.
