Dominos Pizza complaint: Unprofessional rude customer service!

My complaint:

I ordered from this location per usual but the issue I had was that the app was showing me that the food had been delivered which was untrue, nor did I receive a call. I called the store to speak to a manager and when I was speaking to him he was telling me the app had been giving them trouble and it was a frequent problem so I asked if he could put in a complaint so it gets situated. He said I would have to go through corporate so I asked for his name and he just laughed at me and hung up in such a rude manner! I am truly offended that my neighborhood Dominos would treat me like this just for a simple asking of his name. I called back to clarify who I was even speaking to and I was speaking to a different man who also claimed to be the manager so I really don’t understand what was going on at this point! I am waiting for food and they are playing games over the phone. I continued speaking to this new manager who stated his name was Giovanni so i asked for his Employee ID number but he refused and also refused to give me his last name and told me I can find him at the Dominos on Crenshaw if i wanted to come look for him so I told him I would proceed to make the complaint and he told me he didn’t care and he accepted criticism so that was fine. I didn’t receive my food until thirty minutes after that whole theatrical conversation! Overall A very bad experience! My brother also had a similar experience with them getting the food on time!

Suggested solution:

Train staff on proper phone customer service skills. Train staff on answering the phone professionally. Train staff to get the food delivered on time and fix the app from showing the food has been delivered when it really wasn't.
