My complaint:
ORDER NO 72 FROM MOBILE NO 8056285311 SHOWS AS DELIVERED. AFTER CALLING THE RESTAURANT FOR OVER AN HOUR THE DELIVERY BOY HANDED OVER THE ORDER. WHILE USING MOBILE APP CHAT, THERE AS NO OPTION TO MENTION THAT THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED WHICH IMPLIES THAT THE COMPANY ITSELF DOES NOT WANT TO FOLLOW UP THE STATUS OF CUSTOMER.
Suggested solution:
DOMINOS SHOULD LEARN TO GIVE A RESPONSE TO THEIR CUSTOMER AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR REQUIREMENTS. CALLBACK AND TELL US WHAT WENT WRONG IN REALITY FOR US TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT YOU WANT TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT . I AM SURE TO RECORD THE ENTIRE INCIDENT IN WHATEVER MEANS POSSIBLE TO CAPTION THE PUBLIC IMAGE BY HIGHLIGHTING MY STORY IF YOU DONT CALLBACK AND UPDATE WHAT HAPPENED WITHIN A DAY.
