My complaint:

At 1150pm on 9-1-20 I ordered food for delivery for 42 dollars. The guy I spoke to was nice and said it would be about 30 minutes. An hour went by so I called. A girl answered and I asked about my pizza. She stated delivery times were about 45 min to an hour. I told her the guy I spoke to said 30 min. She said “no he didn’t”. I said “how are you going to tell me what he said. I’m telling you the time he told me.” She got smart with me and hung up on me! I called back twice. She kept hanging up. When I finally got through, I was transferred to the manager, another lady. Frankly it sounded like the same girl but I don’t know. I told her what happened and she did nothing and said nothing. I asked for the girls name so I can file a complaint, she refused to give me it. I asked for hers, she also refused. By this time it was almost an hour and a half. I cancelled my order. The money has not been refunded yet but this is totally unprofessional and I don’t know how this can be tolerated.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Get employees that are more professional and get rid of the stores that treat their customers bad. If there was another dominos that delivered to me, I would use them but there is not. I’ll never order from them again.
