I ordered on line for pick up. I paid, had an order number, and handed my cell phone to the representative. The representative asked me for my last 4 digits of my cell phone number. I gave the last 4 digits. The rep was dismissive. I had to knock on the window, and plead for my order. Not Sure what the confusion was. Another customer cursed at me that I was taking to long.
Custome service would help. There is no table of any kind for customers to place anything down, in order to carry out the order. The rep was rude when I asked for a bag.
