My complaint:
Food was sent to wrong house. Kim that works at the front desk on Montgomery cross roads. Was rude and nasty and stated she wish she had another job. Her customer service skills are trouble and is bad for business. Please let her go, you lost a customer and will lase plenty more. I will let all my friends and family know about this. I also gave her my card to give to manager and she riped it up in my face. NASTY!
Suggested solution:
Let kim go or you will lose business. She stated she dont want to be there anyway.
