My complaint:
First off the pizza was very good as always. I ordered a Carryout order and it took forever. It took about an hr, the tracker said about 35-45 min. I assumed they were busy, which I understand, but when I walked in to pickup my pizza they had 2 people making the pizza 4 people standing around doing nothing. They were eating chocolate, drinking an energy drink (It was set next to the cash register), no one was wearing masks, talking about animal with the biggest penis. It was an awful experience and other customers saw it too, so expect more complaints from tonight. If this continues I will go some place else to get my pizza. Thanks

Maybe have the manager work on busy nights? If the manager was there you couldn’t tell.
