My complaint:
I ordered 2 pizza’s from Dominio’s they were both horrible. Both pizzas were burnt and the said tomatoes were not real tomatoes, they were canned tomatoes. Spoke with a manager over the phone, didn’t get her name, she stated to bring the pizza’s back for a refund. I get there, the manager would not come out to acknowledge me no refund was given. Totally disappointed with how disrespectful the staff was the overall experience.
Suggested solution:
Be true to your word issue my refund or provide some type of compensation. I will never patronize this franchise in the near future
