My complaint:
I ordered pizza tonight for the family, Brooklyn style pizza (large x2). Both pizzas were saturated in GREASE, to the point if you picked the pizza up to take a bite, it completely folded down in your hand!!! This was the absolute worse pizza we have received. None of us could even eat the pizza. I ordered the pizza well done for this exact reason! Very disappointed, and that right there probably just lost our business for good.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement for the pizza.
