My complaint:
I was fired for taking a girl on a delivery. It was my final delivery of the night and she was begging me to take her. I made her ride in the back and I made the delivery and returned. The girl was a fellow coworker. The same girl had no repercussions and I had all the blame for it. My manager Kristen Harris also knows about vaping going on in the store and and older workers selling and giving vapes to minors in store grounds.
Suggested solution:
The girl that rode with me should be fired as well. Also the manager should have consequences for allowing behavior such as these.
