My complaint:

I ordered a online order at 7;00 pm on 3282022. It has been 2 hours since i put my order in. I have called several times. Finally someone answered and said it would go out the next run of the delivery person. It’s been another 35 minutes. I tried calling again, to tell them I would just pick up my food, still, no answer. I let it ring 15 minutes.

Suggested solution:

Answer the phone to let me know something. send a text or give me my order for free. this is ridiculous.
