My complaint:
If I wanted to carry out a pizza I would do that. But paid for delivery and 99-% of the time the drivers will not bring it to my apartment door. I have given them specific instructions on getting to the apartment. I can open the gate they drive up to the the third level to my apartment but the continue to act like they don’t know what do because they want men to come down and meet them at the gate I am so tried of paying for delivery and not getting my pizza delivered. I don’t want too walk down and meet them I want the pizza delivered to my door like every other customer . And not be forced to go to the front of my building to pickup my pizza. Do I pay the Dominoes delivery for parking lot pickup That is not good customer service. Has Dominoes missed that concept. Is that not important to your company. I will not be subjected to this treatment anymore If you can’t deliver to my door I can’t purchase anymore pizza from this store. We tip the drivers generously but still have pickup my pizza Not sure why your drivers or so lazy and lack a sense of urgency to please their customers. And too add to the punch the pizza are never cut correctly I always have to use my pizza cutter to separate the slices. Attention to details is very important to customer service This is your last chance to correct this problem. If it happens again I will no longer be a Domino’s customer. This is my first and last complaint after many times of being frustrated with these drivers. NO MORE HORRIBLE SERVICE
Suggested solution:
Tell the to deliver drivers to deliver to the apartment door not the parking lot. They can be let into the gate with no problem but they won’t come in they wait in the parking lot. And if you don’t come they keep calling you or they leave. Teach your staff how to properly cut a pizza.
