My complaint:
I called the Domino phone number that I have been using for years. Apparently I was connected to an AI Ordering System ……….it did not work, and a foreign individual who spoke very poor English took my order.
Regular crust 14 pizza with 5 toppings $26.98 with tax…..I couldn’t understand the order taker, other wise I would have cancelled the order.
I arrived at the store…..and guess what ……….NO PRICES posted on the MENU!!! No employee could explain the price ……normally $11.00.
Suggested solution:
I also has to wait an additional 25 minutes for them to find my pizza which was COLD!
I want a full refund or I will NEVER enter this store again.
