My complaint:
i ordered pizza at 7:44 and after 30 minutes the tracker told me it was delivered so i called them because it wasn’t at my location and the lady had told me it was on the way there and delivery can last from 30 minutes to two hours and i waited almost an hour and it still wasn’t there so at 9 i called back and the lady told me the guy was on the way back to dominos to pick up the order and it shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes because i lived not even 10 minutes from there and it passed an hour and 30 minutes. in total i waited for 4 hours and 30 minutes. i was having a birthday party and the kids were very hungry.
Suggested solution:
my total was $18 besides tip and asking for a refund wouldn’t suffice because of how long i waited. A gift card would be fine with double or triple of what i payed because of how long i waited.
