I ordered pizza and wings tonight from the 61st Lewis Dominoes. When I ordered, I told the employee that the last time I ordered and had my pizza and wings I had ordered extra ranch, and they did not include it in the delivery and I wanted to be sure they delivered it tonight.
I received my pizza and wings and, again, I had no ranch. I called to complain. A girl answered the phone and I told her what happened. I asked what they could do for me and she said she had to get the manager. But she did not, she hung up on me.
I called back and asked for the manager. I told him the story. He said well I guess it was a mistake. I said I understood, and basically said that’s it? He said the driver must have made a mistake. I said, so will you do anything for me? He then said, oh, so now you’re greedy?. As you can imagine, that did not go over well. I asked his name, he said he would not give it to me. I told him I was going to make a complaint to Dominoes Corporate, and if he is not the manager, the manager on duty tonight would get a complaint against him. He then said, well, I was going to give you a free pizza until you got greedy. I said well I am going to make a formal complaint, he said ok.
I order from this Dominoes at least twice per month. We usually go up and pick up the pizza. The last 2 times we had it delivered. Both times it was disappointing. And tonight, 100% unacceptable due to the way I was treated by your management.
I can’t take a photo – I have no ranch. For the second time in a row.
I would have liked to have received a free order. I did not ask for any accommodations when ordering tonight. I just requested that this time the ranch be delivered with my order. It was not. So I complained and I was treated as if I was greedy!. Completely insulting!
