My complaint:

I placed an online order at 7:06 pm with a deliverywait time of 37-47 minutes. I called after 8, and AFTER I got an automated call that my driver was on the way and was told, oh we got real busy. So because you got busy, my order was late and lukewarm? This location has been a problem since it opened. I have placed orders just to have them cancel it on me with NO phone call. They have been late or messed up an order. Delivery is convenient for us and unfortunately when you request delivery in my area, this is the one it goes to. So unhappy.

Suggested solution:

Not sure but sending me a 20% off coupon or 60 puzza points when for some reason my information never comes up doesn't solve this stores problems.
