My complaint:
When I called to complain the first time,I was told our food would be here in 15 minutes.One hour later our food still had not arrived.l then called again to complain and the young lady hung up on me.I called back to speak to the manager who had an attitude because I was trying to cancel and get my money back!
Suggested solution:
First they should have apologized and explained what the problem was
