My complaint:
Called to say we were shorted on boneless chicken, couldn’t care less. Also complained about the pizza crust. When I was offered to make my large pizza to an x large for $2, I did it. Did not say anywhere that it changed it from a hand tossed to a Brooklyn crust. Spoke to the manager, he didn’t care at all. Offered me no resolution. I thought. your guarantee was if we are not satisfied you’ll make it right! Not this time.
Suggested solution:
Offer to replace it. Correctly next time. At least that way you might keep a customer. These days you need all the customers you can get!!
