My complaint:
Being a native New Yorker (Manhattanite) and a chef, I KNOW pizza. We picked up a couple of pies from our local Dominos tonight on a break from filming, one being a so-called ‘Brooklyn’ crust, and the pie was a soggy mess from tip to nearly the crust! It was SO disgusting that no one wanted to eat it and it went straight into the trash bin. How dare you call this Brooklyn crust? Are you insane? There is NO pizza as soggy as this unless you soak it in water! I left a VERY unflattering review on Trip Advisor warning others to NEVER order this from you. I called the store and spoke to a woman who claimed to also be from NY and agreed with me about the pie. She said it was the fault of corporate and this is how they tell them to make it. Then, she laughed. I was not laughing as I had thrown my money down the drain and people here were still hungry. NO ONE wants a soggy, wet falling apart pizza! It was appalling and disgusting and no offer was made to me to rectify the situation.
Suggested solution:
Free pizza of my choice, free delivery, at my convenience. Also, you should stop making this pizza. It is unfair and NOT anywhere near a NY pizza. Your hand tossed pizzas (most of the time) are MUCH closer to the crust you are trying to emulate. What a joke!
