My complaint:
I do and have been ordering from Domino’s for several years pretty consistently. Especially here lately during this pandemic I’ve been ordering from there a lot. 90% of the time I order from there i order the Chicken Habanenro Oven-Baked Sandwich and it’s almost always missing the Mango Habanenro Sauce that’s supposed to go on it. Which I could be wrong but I’ve always thought that sauce was a main ingredient for that particular sandwich, I would even go as far as to say a crucial ingredient for said sandwich. The same as anyone who ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich would…. I’m sure expect it to have fu..ing ranch on it. Again I could be wrong… But…… I don’t think so. On a side note a couple of weeks ago I ordered Two Chicken Habanenro Oven-Baked Sandwiches and ended up getting two Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches instead. This has happened countless times over the past 3-4 yrs and I’ve called and complained many times and have had my order remade as well as have just settled for them bringing me just a couple of the single packs of the Habanenro sauce but yet it continues to happen and seems to be happening more frequently always from the same store. In Hartselle, Alabama 35640 U.S. I don’t feel like looking up the address because of how much time has been wasted on this message already but it’s the only store in this city so I’m sure whoever reads this can easily figure out… I hope….. Really seriously do hope… Thank you

I'm thinking since the store has its on delivery vehicle that they should install some kind of condiments safe type of compartment in the vehicle so when the driver delivers the food. The customer can quickly check and trust me it's a quick and effortless task to see if there sandwich is sauced or not. If not then they can right then and there notify the delivery driver that some viral condiments are missing from there order and then the driver can say Well that's no problem sir we actually have our own patented condiment compartments in our delivery vehicle so I will have that fixed for you in a jiffy..... Just an idea and if y'all do actually use it I don't won't anything in return but to see it put to use. Thanks again
