My complaint:

made an online order card charged then received a call stating no delivery in my area after 5pm, asked if I could pick up the order since my card was charged was told no and it was my fault , manager stated she didn’t no when I would be refunded and hung up called the store back to get her name she state that was not happening and hung up again very rude she needs customer care support classes and to be demoted to learn how to speak to paying customers Tracye White 7066688931 farr rd Columbus GA
