My complaint:
my daughters ordered a pizza I had two nights ago today she was told there was no such item as arsiago and provolone was put on my alfardo pizza it was disgusting .my grandson had pep and burger on half and bacon on the other only to have no bacon at all .my daughter has many s so ordered some cheese ball things or such whitch she was told was never added .took her over 20 min to place an order that was 100 percent messed up and no food that she could eat
Suggested solution:
she should not have been told that wasn't added and oh it must have been the new guy and nothing fixed .she was so beside herself she cried while her 9 yr old opens his presents then stormed up to bed upset hungry and frustrated .I didn't take any pics because we don't realize about my pizza until I told her it was weird and couldn't eat it and my other grandson ate the non bacon she we were wrapping gifts .my family is a 4 part that order often from all of our homes and I amapauled at the treatment a done struggling mother of 4 boys received trying to make a nice birthday for her son.if this doesn't get resolved I will have much more to say about her treatment .
