My complaint:

Ordered a medium pan pizza and a medium thin crust pizza. The pan pizza dough was literally raw. The dough could be pushed back together to form a ball. The thin crust pizza was also incredibly under cooked. When folded in half, the crust didn’t even break, just bent. When we called to voice this complaint to the restaurant and try and get replacement pizzas, we were told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for them to deliver another pizza. Or they could give us store credit. It wasn’t until we asked for a refund that that option was even given. It’s absolutely unacceptable the total lack of concern for quality these orders had. When we opened up the boxes we knew it was under baked. They certainly should have been able to tell.

Suggested solution:

There should have been more concern for correcting the problem. We were told getting us another pizza would take an hour to an hour and a half. They should have prioritized making our order right. It ludicrous to ask us to wait another hour for pizza that was already delivered but done so carelessly and with zero concern for quality.
