My complaint:

On Monday November the 30th, 2020 at a few minutes till 5PM my fiancee
placed an on line order for two pizzas to be delivered. The order arrived about 25 minutes later and was placed on the bench on the front porch. After the driver walked away, I opened the door to get the order and immediately saw that it was not our order. I immediately called the store and the young lady stated she did not know what to do but would get someone to help me. After waiting for 5 minutes on hold, I hung up and called back. This time another lady stated that the manager had just walked in and she would get her on the phone. I again explained that the order that was delivered was not our order and gave her the proper order number on our email verifying the order had been placed. She said give her a minute to check into the situation and she would be rite back. After another 5 minutes of waiting, no one returned to the phone so again I hung up. I then out the entire wrong order in my car and drove to the store. I went in and stated I needed to speak to the manager. This lady came to the counter and I again explained the entire issue, at which time she stated she did not know who I talked to and she did not remember talking to me. Then a young man with a apron on came from the back and looked in the computer and refunded the order and said he would replace the pizzas. I asked how long it would take and he said 6 to 8 minutes. 30 minutes later, I finally got my pizzas after almost an hour ordeal and having to drive to the store for service. Bad thing is, during my time at the store waiting, 6 other customers were also there with similar issues and some of them said they had been waiting for almost an hour. I counted at least six employees and no one know what was going on. This is by far the worst store operation I have ever seen in my 50 years in big box retail. To be honest you should s__t can this store if this is your public offering to this community. I will never go back and will insure everyone in my internet world won’t either.

Suggested solution:

Be pleasant, stop hiding behind the hold button, management should not lie to the customers, there are names on the boxes and tickets, so hire employees who can read and learn to match tickets to product to insure everyone gets the proper orders. Someone needs to teach these employees that their job is dependent on customers. Without us, there is no them.
