My complaint:
My fiance ordered $30 worth of food..she called me at work, all upset because an hour and a half later, the food still wasn’t there. When she called to inquire about it, they told her they were waiting on a driver, but the food has been ready for awhile now. So, not only did it take over 1hr and 30 mins, the food was old! Listen, I get it, things happen. However, once management realized it was going to take that long, shouldn’t management have called her and explained to her and given her the option to come pick it up? At the very least, they should have re-made her order. When I called the store, the woman I spoke to was quite rude..what do you want me to do..give you your food for free? I wont do that! . Um..yeah you should have.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse the amount to her credit card, apologize for such horrible service and have a coming to jesus meeting with that store. This breaks my heart to do this, because we love Dominos, but this was unacceptable. I filed with complain.biz
