My complaint:
This is the second time Domino’s had screwed up my order. The first time which was a few months ago they didn’t give me and my wife any garlic twist with our order when they delivered it. Then told us they would make it right by bring the order of twist back to our house. They did not. When I called the next day they gave me a 10.00 credit on my next order. Today, My mother and I ordered two pizza’s she wanted extravaganza and I wanted cheese. They told me it would be 15 mins wait time. I got there about 15 mins and it wasn’t ready, so I paid and the woman told me she would call my name when it was ready. I waited 10 mins until I looked up at the monitor and saw my order was marked ready. So I stood back up and this guy asked if he could help me. I told him it is showing my order is ready. He turned around and got my order, making what that lady told me a lie. I get home only to find my cheese was a pepperoni. I thought it was pretty bad I had to call one night after My wife and me left Dominos one night and one of their delivery drivers almost took our front end off going down the road and speeding only to be told by the manger that night he will have a talk with the driver about driving safety. This driver endangered our lives and they wanted to have a talk with her about driving safe?
