My complaint:
made a deliverly order online, this is happened many times and have also made carry out orders.. the store in kankakee is wreckless and dont care about the customers.. we have orders canclled on us or store has been short staffed been nothing but a haslle..tonight 1172020 ordered onile at 5;30 pm ..at 7;30 pm order was still not delivered, went to sore in person ..had to to bourbonnais store to ask for help cancelled delivery went in yo kankakee store to pick up order , the whole order was canclled the girl was rude , i am very dissapointed..
