My complaint:

I placed an order for pick up. I waited in my truck till I thought it would be ready. When I went in I gave the girl my name and she asked me if I had a mask. When I told her no she very rudely told me I would need one the next time I came. The problem I have with this is they want me to wear a mask but they don’t wear gloves when making pizza and handing me my receipt and my food. I know for a fact you can make pizza with gloves on, I do it everyday in the pizza restaurant I manage. I spend a lot of money at this location and I will be finding another place for pizza. Also the GM at this restaurant doesn’t know how to make pizza. He makes the worst pizza out of everyone that works there. I’m so damn tied of people being so rude to loyal customers. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to complain about this location. The only reason I keep returning is because it is close to my home, but I will be finding a new location to patronize.

Suggested solution:

They need to stop being rude, wear gloves when making pizza and treat there loyal customers with respect. This girl that treated me so rudely should be terminated.i wouldn't tolorate this from any of my employees and neither should you.
