My complaint:
This happened April 6 about 10 3011 at night. I called to make an order for delivery which are usually do every other week same time I just have to give my name and they know the address and know no what are usually get. This time a guy answered which I’m pretty sure you guys have recordings and he made himself sound like he was mentally disabled but I still went through with the order and right before I was going to give my card to pay he hung up. I felt bad so I called back I believe it was the same guy change changing his voice did the same thing took my order right before the last he hung up. So I kind of just gave up and I ordered pizza that night. Again on April 20 call to make an order answered and hung up I don’t know if they do this because it is late and they don’t want to take the orders anymore. But this was never an issue before they are always usually very respectful especially the girls working.
Suggested solution:
I am disabled so the fact that somebody was pretending to be disabled or mentally challenged is pretty messed up in many ways. I think the guy should get fired because obviously he sees a job as a joke and he just doesn't want to take an order he just doesn't do it and you guys are losing customers. Also I wanted to the store I believe it was April 19 so on organized everyone all over the placeI ordered one order of wings and the girl gave me three pizzas without even checking if I was the right person. The girl gave change by not even opening the cash register.
