My complaint:
The domino’s app has a curbside delivery option available for carryout orders. I clicked the option and checked in online twice. No one came out with my order. I waited at least 20 minutes after the tracker said my order was ready before going in. There were no customers. The workers were laughing and talking amongst themselves. I politely explained that I had requested curbside pickup on the app and checked in online. The employee said well we don’t see that you have to call us. I then explained that I actually did call. She just said here’s your order have a good night. I had been dismissed. I get home and not only was the pizza not hot anymore to, I didn’t have extra cheese that I’d paid for. I proceeded to, but once again no answer.
Suggested solution:
If curbside isn't going to be done then don't offer it. Train employees on customer service. Follow the instructions on the order.
