My complaint:

My order was placed online. The store called to inform that they no longer deliver to the address after dark. This is new to me because they’ve always delivered. The complex is quiet. I informed that I don’t want the order. The employee hung up. I called to inquire about my refund due to my card was obviously charged. The same employee answered. He told me to hold on. He hung up instead. Horrible customer service!!!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Refund my money just as quickly as it was removed from my account. Teach the employees what it means to work in the customer service field.
