My complaint:
I follow the tracker, which is why (I assume y’all put it there) and my order was in the quality check for 45-50 minutes. I called the store, associate says we will remake your order, but it will tke a while. Less than 10 minutes later…. here comes my order. I recall the store asking how they got my order done so quick. A different associate says my order should be hot. I ask if this is my NEW order, she says, I think so. I said is this my NEW order, she says again she thinks so. Upon receiving my order…. YUP!! NOT THE NEW ORDER…..MY CHICKEN WAS COLD AND MY BREAD….SOGGY!!
Suggested solution:
1. NEVER LIE TO CUSTOMERS!
2. Never promise to remake something that you do not have the ability to authorize it.
