My complaint:
I had previously ordered and they messed up my order so I called in they told me the next time I called in they would remake my order and do it the right way this was on May 25, 2020 today is June 4, 2020 I called in to have my order remade like I was told it would be and the guy was very rude first he said he couldn’t find my phone number then he said it was in the computer but the coupon had already been used he stated I was yelling at him whichI was not then he said this one time they would remake it but if there wasn’t a coupon they wouldn’t do it again. My point is is that if you would double check your orders and not make mistakes you wouldn’t have to remake them for people
Suggested solution:
Don’t make the customer explain their self over and over because you messed up What happened to the dominoes insurance that if you mess up on the order no problem they’ll fix it something is totally wrong with his picture
