My complaint:

I placed an order that was 49.00 .. The AP said it had went out for delivery and to enjoy my meal… I called the store because I thought that meant I received my delivery and a female answered the phone and said it went out but he had like 5 deliveries with him it might take a while.. we waited over. An HR when I live 10 mins from the store and still no pizza. I called the store back and a gentlemen answered the phone when I explained the situation to him and that I talked to a female he said very rude that he has no order for me no order went out and no female is working . So I jumped in my car went to the store when in and there was a purse on the counter in the back i said I just called you and you hung up on me he said well I have no order for you I said well I took my money he said very snotty I didn’t take ur money corporate did I said well I want my money back he told me to leave or he was calling the cops yelling at me at this point so I said I think you better because my son wants his money back.. he looked in the register and said no order for 534 Maple Grove Ave I said well I better find it cause he wants his money back well he found it gave him back his 49.00 in cash and told us to get our of the store and never come back.. I said you are very rude he said I don’t care I am quiting tonight so get the fuk out of my store.

Not like he did he should have said u am sorry from the begining on the phone asked me what the order was and tried to make it right
