Dominos Pizza complaint: Rude and online error

My complaint:

Made order online. Online apparently sent to wrong dominos thst doesn’t deliver to my location. Was called by **** that was rude and didn’t try to transfer order … she canceled my order!!!! I called corporate which was NO help bc she said i had to wait 24 hrs to see if she canceled order and told me to cancel the original order and call the correct Dominos since online was incorrect.

I hive in and call number make order AGAIN….but my card is DECLINED bc it appeats as fraud since its 2 seperate dominos charging me.

Suggested solution:

They shouldn\'t have canceled my order. They should\'ve figured a wat between Dominos to correct. I shouldn\'t have had to call 3 different ppl then my card get DECLINED. Corporate should have offered a free order since its an online error on your part.
