My complaint:
called in an order said it would be about 45 minutes for delivery after an hours called the store and was told its in its way they didn’t have enough drivers after an hour and a half called back to the store and she said he was on his way i told her this was unacceptable….after 2 hours of waiting called back to the store and she said the driver dropped my pizza and they had to remake it very rude….never did get my order and I asked for refund after waiting 2 hours!
Suggested solution:
the least they could have done was called when he dropped my order on the ground and not be rude and offer some sort of competently
