Dominos Pizza complaint: Pizza’s made wrong

My complaint:

On June 1st ordered your two medium two toppings for 5.99 each and an 8 piece wings. They delivered the food and opened the boxes and the toppings were wrong on both pizzas. I called the dominoes back and explained and the girl was nice about never apologized and she proceeded to type in our order to save it and said we will replace it all free on our next visit I said ok. We went on vacation and returned on the 6th and called the same dominos and the girl said it wasn’t in the computer and said we should have called back the next day. I asked to speak to the manager and she proceeded to tell her what happened so she came back and asked if it was under another number so I gave her my cell and nope not on there so she said can’t do it and was rude. I hung up very pissed off.

Suggested solution:

I will only be satisfied will a replacement order or my money back. I paid with my American Express card and have that on my statement.
