My complaint:
I ordered 3 medium pizzas 2 toppings for $5.99 a piece i call this order in for carryout.my total was 18 dollars and change the guy said it will be ready for pic up i 15 to 20 min…i dont drive and had my kids so i paid someone in my building to go get it…they asked for my name and i told them Curtis Bennett…So i send my ride and he says my name and they give him 2 pizzas but charge him for all three..he doesnt know what im soppose to receive all he knows is my name.. So i call back and after long disrrspectful convo..the general manager Demetrius come to the phone rude and disrespectful telling me that it was my fault because normally if a custermer orders somethig they come pic it up then he hung up..i need ullcompinsation…
