Complaint: Poor service and very bad product

My complaint:

I made an online order last night at around 8 o’clock pm the delivery was to be 33-43min almost 2 hours I waited to get my order when I called to see was the problem was I was told that my food should be arriving soon, I asked what I should do if my pizzas cold I was told to call back but everything should be fine. Well when my order finally pulled up the pizza and pasta was cold and the cheese was getting stiff. So I call again and asked to speak with the manager when I was transferred it wasn’t even the manager the person I the phone asked me if I was sure I wanted to speak to the manager. When the manager got on the other line I had all ready called an Uber to come get me to take my cold $25.23 cost pizza back to the store I was so mad that we had to wait 2 hours for our food that I was expecting to be treated better then I was when I walk in the manager know it was me who he’d have just gotten off the phone with. He prostrated to tell me he refunded the $25.23 but didn’t even offer to remake it it was already going on 10pm not only did i spend money to take the cold pizza back to the dominos I had to find somewhere for my family and I to eat. How rude and to think they wanted there pizza back to give me my money back but just think about the risk COVID-19 is out there people I just can’t believe how I was treated I feel like I’ll never go back and I love Dominos
