My complaint:

The driver (alex) completed the delivery 20 min before he shows up . I kept waiting in the street for him and when he came , the delivery wasn’t contactless as described online , i asked him why he completed the delivery 20 min before showing up , he was so rude And and answered (i had 2 deliveries before u and u can call the place ) thats super rude . I called the store , ( Fernanda ) answered the phone and refused to give me any information of the driver . I informed her that i record the call as well and will take her and alex to the small court . Please i need the information for both of them to sue them . If you can’t provide me the information, i will sue the company . I have screenshots from the app , phone call record With date and time , if they can’t hold the good name of the company properly. They shouldn’t have it
