My complaint:
My husband ordered pizza for myself and the kids while he was at work, he usually does this two times a week
Today for the first time they refused to give us our food unless he was physically there. We told them that he was at work and they said they won’t give the food unless he is there we have the ation number and picture of card and ID and they still said no
They got loud and we started arguing I walked out and called my husband he said to asked for the manager and the manager refused to help as well we told them just two days ago we did this and they never asked for any of this
Suggested solution:
We need them to get a call or talk
I want someone to call and make sure they were told something they were extremely rude they made me late and wasted my time
The cashier was eduardo and Juan was the assistant
As we walked out the cashier did a hand sign and yelled get out but idk if it was the middle finger so I yelled back “untrained rude people” because it’s true
The store number was also 8432
I asked for corporate number and they gave a different number as wel
