My complaint:

I have contacted Dominos on their website twice now. Once just after the order as I was advised by dominos staff and second time a couple of weeks later.
order numbers 350768204 (17.47pm 17072020) and 350769191 (17.49pm 17072020)
I placed first order by accident and forgot to add some chicken so quickly done the second order and rang the store to let them know I made a mistake and that the total for both was over the delivery amount so I would like to have a delivery as website stated. Steve answered the phone very rudely and wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say and rushed me of the phone saying no delivery as I have used discount code. I went back on the app and added the two items and applied the discount code and delivery option popped up so called back to say delivery option has come up and again he interrupted and refused to listen to me. I told him I would like a refund and he said “no problem at all, fill a form on Dominos website” I said ok thanks and hung up. Now I have filled the form twice and had no response. As I drive and live less than 2 miles away from the store there would have been no problem in collecting my order only if Steve spoken to me kindly and respectfully. The customer service was poor and due to that I did not want to order from a place so rude and will never order again. Please refund my money ASAP for the third time asking!
